The Summit is taking place in the Symposium Building and the Gala Dinner is taking place in the Playfair Building, both at Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Accessibility

Symposium Building

Access to the Symposium Building from street level is via the lowered kerb at Ten Hill Place/Nicolson Street. Following the pavement around Hill Square to the main entrance, access into the building is via the metal ramp.

The reception area and Alister Duff room are accessible via an automatic double door.

Access to the Auditorium on the first floor is via the lift situated to the left of the reception area entrance. Once exiting the lift on level 1 follow the corridor round to the auditorium entrance which is via singular pull door. There are ten chairs in the first row of the auditorium for accessible users.

The Auditorium Stage access is via three steps up to the main stage level.

Playfair Building

Access to the Playfair Building from street level is via the lowered kerb at Ten Hill Place/Nicolson Street. Following the pavement through the main South or North Gate to the main college gardens entrance, access into the Playfair is via the main paved walkway to the main museum atrium/college reception, via two automatic doors.

Playfair Hall is on Level 1 access is via the main museum lift situated to the rear of atrium entrance.
